During the summer internship in the Robot Institute of Hong Kong, I am responsible for doing the user study and mockup for a new company online platform.

 

The new online platform consist both front-end and back-end part. The front part serves the student, parents and school tutors and public etc, they may do class arrangement , get online learning materials, settle the application fee. On the other hand, the back-end part serves the administrator, staff and in-house teacher.

At first, I do user study with the boss, admin and other staff to understand the needs. Then, I tried to list out some useful functions and prepare different scenarios for them so they can understand how they can benefit from the new platform. After these preparation process, I move on to the part of drawing sketches and making mockup.
