Forum Members contributed to the development of the name and logo of "Rail Gen 2.0", and their ideas have also improved how we communicate, such as using humour to promote safety in our "Ride with Manners" campaign, and rejuvenating our approach on topics like By-laws and the Fare Adjustment Mechanism.
My lovely team member ! Indeed, the members of Youth Forum 2.0 come from different industry, some of us are ex-colleagues in MTR too. We come up with different creative campaign which contributes to the railway development.
Workshop and snacks! During this half of the year, MTR invited several experts from different industry like Business, Environment Studies etc. They are willing to give advice to our proposed plans and share their personal experience. We are here to learn how to take the pain points from different shareholders into consideration for our marketing campaign.
